We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to support our commercial team by translating client needs into strong technical solutions and proposals, increasing win rate and deal quality.
Key Responsibilities
Support Sales in client meetings with technical expertise;
Lead preparation of technical proposals and solution architectures;
Define system configurations aligned with client requirements;
Coordinate with Engineering for feasibility and delivery alignment;
Support demonstrations, pilots, and technical discussions;
Develop reusable proposal templates and materials.
Requirements
Engineering background (UAV, robotics, AI, or similar);
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Experience in technical proposals or tenders;
Ability to balance technical depth with business needs;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Success Metrics
Proposal win rate;
Proposal turnaround time;
Accuracy between proposed and delivered solutions.
